Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, you are eligible for a refund or replacement. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product with proof of damage or defect.
Incorrect Products: If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, you are eligible for a refund or replacement. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the incorrect product.
Unopened Products: If you change your mind, you can return unopened products in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery for a refund. The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility.
Non-Refundable Items
Opened or Used Products: We do not accept returns or provide refunds for products that have been opened or used, unless they are damaged or defective.
Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Refund Process

Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the product. Please do not send any products back without prior authorization.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Inspection and Approval: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. If you paid by credit/debit card, the refund will be credited to the same card. If you used a digital wallet, the refund will be credited to your wallet account.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected time frame, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
